Job Summary

Own stakeholder engagement for Let’s Save Water, shaping plan design, senior-leader advisement, and sentiment-driven adjustments across delivery partners and monitoring; align with internal teams, external agencies, and evaluation metrics to inform campaign decisions.

  • Stakeholder Engagement Strategy: Develop, coordinate, and deliver plans with senior leaders and external partners.
  • Execution & Relationships: Build key stakeholder relationships to support campaign objectives and coordinate with delivery partners.
  • Monitoring & Evaluation: Oversee external monitoring and sentiment tracking to inform ongoing engagement and continuous improvement.

Job Description

Responsibilities - Develop, coordinate and deliver stakeholder engagement plans for Let's Save Water, ensuring stakeholder views and insight are known and considered as part of the campaign. - Advise Ofwat's senior leaders on their engagement with key stakeholders on Let's Save Water, including bilateral meetings, speaking engagements and visits. - Build effective relationships with key Let's Save Water stakeholders, using these relationships to support campaign objectives. - Work effectively with campaign delivery partners, ensuring high quality standards of engagement are consistently delivered across the campaign by these partners and supporting effective and efficient coordination of our work plans. - Work effectively with the wider Stakeholder Engagement team, sharing appropriate insights with the team, and maintaining key processes and trackers. - Produce high-quality written communications to support stakeholder engagement, including correspondence, briefing materials and presentations. - Ensure that proactive external monitoring is delivered for Let's Save Water, capturing key insights and sharing these effectively to inform future engagement and support campaign decision-making. Oversee sentiment tracking and wider evaluation measures to ensure the successful delivery of engagement activity and continuous improvement of our approach.
