Own the enterprise growth engine with multi-year scale, owning market strategy, account expansion, and client-locust lifecycle at seven-figure levels.

  • Growth ownership across enterprise accounts, new sectors, and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Lead talent and leadership development to sustain seven-figure renewals and expansions.
  • Data-led decision making using dashboards with cross-functional alignment to Marketing, Product, and Sales.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Enterprise Growth Division to triple the business over the next five years.
  • Define and execute growth strategies across market penetration, account expansion, and sector development.
  • Set strategic direction, allocate resources, and establish performance metrics to drive sustainable, profitable growth.
  • Contribute to the wider Work&family strategy
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team of Client Directors and Client Relation Directors, responsible for securing seven-figure contracts.
  • Drive a culture of excellence, innovation, and customer-centricity.
  • Lead talent strategy, succession planning, and top-tier recruitment.
  • Partner with Client Relationship leadership to expand existing enterprise accounts.
  • Drive cross-sell, upsell, and geographic growth initiatives.
  • Build scalable frameworks to maximise client lifetime value.

Requirements

  • 15+ years in sales, BD, and exec leadership
  • Scaled high performing teams
  • Consistently delivered new sales and renewal targets
  • Built winning growth strategies
  • Closed enterprise deals, expanded key accounts
  • Experience of selling into HR or Benefits leaders in Enterprise sized organisations
  • Skilled in complex, high-value negotiations
  • Analytics-savvy, Salesforce pro
  • Turns data into insights and uses that to shape actions to deliver growth
  • Works effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver results
  • Influences at all levels across the organisation, globally
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA strongly preferred
  • Advanced leadership development and strategic planning training advantageous
  • Professional certifications in sales methodology, account management, or business development preferred
