Job Summary

Own and deliver live event videography and on-site editing for sport and entertainment, shaping pre-production, on-site shooting, and post-production to drive platform-native content.

  • Lead pre-production for shoots and kit planning
  • Capture and edit live content on-site for same-day publication
  • Adapt edits to each social platform and track performance for future work

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Shoot and edit social-first video content live at major sporting events from supercross and F1 to rugby and Premier League football, plus brand campaign shoots in between.
  • Run and gun: capture fast-moving, unscripted moments and turn them into scroll-stopping content, without a three-camera setup or a shot-by-shot storyboard.
  • Own pre-production for controlled shoot days: shot lists, content narrative, kit requirements, logistics.
  • Often edit same-day, on-site, for same-day publication, especially while on-site at event.
  • Grade, edit and manipulate video to a high standard across formats, from vertical social cuts to longer brand pieces.
  • Tailor every edit to the platform it's landing on and understanding what natively performs on each.
  • Stay on top of platform trends and apply them to future shoots and edits.
  • Track how your content performs and use it to sharpen future output.
  • Work closely with social and account teams to understand each client's goals and translate them into content on the ground.
  • Report into our Content Production Director and sit within the wider content production team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a videographer in a live event setting (ideally sport) with a showreel that shows you can capture the moment and the attention, not just set up a shot.
  • Equally strong as an editor: confident cutting fast, under time pressure, without dropping quality.
  • Direct experience creating content for social channels specifically, not just broadcast or long-form production.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and well acquainted with After Effects, plus solid colour correction and sound design skills.
  • Comfortable and competent with heavy international travel (logistically, personally, and with equipment). You'll manage kit across many shoots, many countries, often back-to-back.
  • A genuine passion for sport, culture and entertainment, and sharp instincts for what actually works on social.
  • Able to work at pace without dropping the bar, and flexible on evenings and weekends around the live sporting calendar.
  • A clear communicator, comfortable asking the right questions on-site and liaising with clients when needed.

Benefits

  • Salary: £33,000 - £38,000 dependent on experience
  • 25 days’ holiday + bank holidays + birthday off.
  • Hybrid working (2 days in Central London office).
  • International travel opportunities to races and global events.
  • Employee Lifestyle and Discounts Benefits scheme.
  • Annual training budget to drive your personal development and continual learning in an area of your choice.
  • Opportunity to grow with a rising agency making award-winning work.
