Job Summary

Own the visual content engine for a family run plumbing and heating business across Shropshire and Cheshire, turning job site shoots, office days, and events into high quality social content and newsletters.

Content creation pipeline: photos/videos from trades, office, and events; professional editing with music; publish on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Channel mix and outreach: produce social posts plus weekly/monthly email newsletters highlighting services.
Creative leadership: generate marketing ideas to raise brand awareness and secure coverage in local media and PR channels.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Take photos/videos on jobs with our Plumbers, Heating Engineers, Boiler Installers & Air Conditioning Engineers
Take photos/videos at our head office in Shrewsbury and at various events across Shropshire & Cheshire
Create day in the life of a Plumber & Business Owner content
Professionally edit videos, add music and create content that we can all be proud of
Post content on our Facebook, Instagram & Youtube
Organise, write articles & create content for: PR events, radio, magazine, newspaper & podcasts
Create weekly/monthly email newsletters to showcase our business and range of services we offer
Think outside the box to come up with creative marketing ideas to raise our brand awareness and recognition throughout Shropshire & Cheshire

Requirements

Meticulous attention to detail
Photography & videography experience
Experience in creating, editing and producing high end social media content including: Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Videos, Reels, Newspaper Articles & Magazine Content
Genuine interest and/or experience working within the construction, plumbing, heating and cooling sectors
Experience in graphic design, logo creation, marketing graphics & social media graphics
Excellent communication skills
Someone who wants to work in a growing independent family run and fast paced Plumbing, Heating & Cooling business
