Job Summary

Own end-to-end corporate video and multimedia production, shaping messages for internal communications, product launches, and external channels, from concept to distribution, while collaborating across Communications, PR, and leadership teams.

  • Production Ownership: Plan, shoot, and edit video content for corporate, product, and social channels.
  • Platform & Brand Alignment: Ensure visuals match brand identity and are optimised for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and intranet.
  • Collaboration & Workflows: Script, storyboard, film, and post-produce with cross-functional partners and repurpose long-form content into short-form assets.

Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for corporate communications, product launches, executive messaging, events, and social media.
  • Operate cameras, lighting, audio, and other production equipment.
  • Manage all aspects of video production including scripting, storyboarding, filming, editing, and post-production in line with company policy and compliance requirements.
  • Develop multimedia content (videos, reels, animations, graphics as required) aligned with brand guidelines and strategic messaging.
  • Collaborate with Communications & PR team, marketing and leadership teams to create content for internal communications, recruitment, training, internal screens and culture-building where required.
  • Repurpose long-form content into short-form assets for digital channels.
  • Contribute to content strategy by identifying trends, audience preferences, and innovative formats.
  • Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of assets.
  • Optimise content for various platforms (Internal Comms applications, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, intranet, etc.).
  • Ensure all content reflects brand tone, visual identity, and messaging consistency.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in videography, video editing, and multimedia content creation.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) or equivalent tools.
  • Strong storytelling skills and creative vision.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of social media trends and platform-specific content formats.
  • Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus.
