Job Summary

Own end-to-end video production and on-brand content optimization across formats, balancing hands-on shooting, precise editing, and dynamic motion work to elevate quality and consistency.

  • Filming & Production: Lead on-set shoots and plan content that scales across channels.
  • Post-Production & Motion: Deliver polished edits with engaging graphics and animation to boost impact.
  • Cross-Team & AI Workflow: Collaborate across teams and innovate workflows with AI to accelerate delivery and maintain brand standards.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience filming and editing professional video content across multiple formats and platforms, with a portfolio to show for it.
  • Proven ability to deliver publish-ready video content end-to-end, from shoot planning through to final export, with minimal supervision.
  • Strong motion graphics and animation skills, using tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalent.
  • Experience working at pace in a creative studio, agency, or in-house brand environment.
  • A strong eye for detail and a genuine commitment to the quality of what you put out.
