Job Summary

Coordinate the UK market CS&P deployment, turning plans into salon campaigns and toolkits, delivering POS, samples and communications for direct and distributor sales, and providing activation support and performance feedback to drive brand growth.

  • Ownership: Campaign/toolkit deployment and timely set-up across NPD and commercial initiatives.
  • Enablement & Activation: In-store activations, POS, samples, and distributor communications aligned with the initiative plan.
  • Continuous Improvement: Gather field feedback, track performance, and feed improvements to briefs and future deployments.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Initiative Calendar Deployment; support the CS&P Manager to deploy the local initiative calendar (NPD, commercial and GWP initiatives) under the guidance of the Marketing Manager, ensuring timings, deliverables and owners are clear.
  • Sales & Distributor Sales Tools; coordinate the localisation and distribution of go-to-market materials for launches and commercial campaigns (sell-in/sell-out tools, key messages, sales presentations), ensuring sales teams and distributor partners have what they need, when they need it.
  • Promotion Set-Up & Execution Support; work with Customer Care and Sales to ensure promotions and initiatives are correctly set up on systems and communicated clearly to direct and distributor teams for both markets, in line with the initiative plan.
  • Coordinate POS, samples and sales materials (briefing, ordering/printing and delivery), working with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure everything is available in time for the start of promotional periods.
  • Sales Cycle & Distributor Communications; support the CS&P Manager, Sales Manager and Marketing team to produce sales presentations for each sales cycle and ensure timely sharing of key updates and materials with distributor partners.
  • Retail Activation Coordination; working with Retail Manager to support agreed retail partner activity by coordinating materials for in-store activation to ensure key campaign objectives are met and key messages highlighted, ensuring sign-off by the Marketing Manager.
  • Field Feedback & Continuous Improvement; support the roll-out of launches and initiatives by coordinating sales team feedback and distributor input. Capture questions, objections and best practices to improve briefs, FAQs and future deployments.
  • Market, Competitor & Stock Support; maintain basic competitor and price trackers, and support forecasting and stock readiness by coordinating inputs with Sales, Demand Planning and Customer Care to ensure launches and initiatives are properly supported.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Commercial Planning / Trade Marketing Experience: 1-3 years’ experience in trade marketing, commercial coordination, sales support or a related role (ideally within beauty, luxury or lifestyle).
  • Deployment & Coordination: strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple deliverables (toolkits, POS, samples, set-up and comms) accurately and on time, working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Excel & Reporting: confident using Excel to maintain trackers, pull data and support reporting (experience with SAP/inventory systems or Power BI is an advantage).
  • Clear Communication: excellent written and verbal communication, able to create clear briefs and updates for sales teams and distributor partners and follow up to ensure execution.
  • Detail & Brand Standards: high attention to detail and a disciplined approach to ensuring toolkits and materials are accurate, on-brand and aligned with Davines sustainability principles.

Preferred

  • Experience working with distributor partners and/or field sales teams, with an understanding of how toolkits and communications drive execution.
  • Exposure to POS production, print briefing, supplier coordination and delivery logistics.
  • Exposure to stock planning, forecasting inputs or working with SAP/inventory management systems.
  • Hands-on, organised and comfortable working at pace with multiple deadlines.
  • Reliable and accountable, with strong follow-through and a sense of urgency.
  • Collaborative team player who builds good working relationships with Sales, Customer Care, distributors and suppliers.
  • Customer- and brand-minded, aligned with Davines sustainability values, with pride in high-quality execution.
