Job Summary

Own the junior marketing support spine by turning reports, decks, and budgets into clear storytelling while coordinating events and vendor workflows.

  • Turn campaign status into clear, actionable updates via reporting and decks.
  • Coordinate events and logistics, and manage assets and vendor liaison.
  • Support admin tasks, document updates, and competitive monitoring to feed briefs and reviews.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and maintain department reports on campaign status.
  • Build internal presentations, including mock-ups of ideas.
  • Assist with reporting and collating coverage for internal reports.
  • Update internal documents.
  • Research and monitor competitor campaigns and other brand activations.
  • Support events and screenings — logistics, ticketing, guest lists, runner duties, etc.
  • Handle ad hoc administrative responsibilities.
  • Manage assets.
  • Liaise with vendors on orders and processes.
  • Report on budgets.

Requirements

  • A recent school or university leaver with a bachelor’s degree, or relevant work experience in a corporate office environment, ready to kick-start a career in media.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage own workload and deliver accurate work to strict deadlines.
  • Resilient, adaptable multitaskers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and navigate changes quickly.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and always maintains a professional approach.
  • Strong communicator who handles day-to-day exchanges with clarity and engages openly in two-way feedback.
  • Confident, approachable team player who builds rapport quickly and collaborates effectively across functions.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Confident with numbers and a clear, articulate writer.
  • Flexible approach to working hours — able to work some weekends or evenings as required.
  • A genuine interest in film and the film distribution process.
