Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring the space is organised, maintained and production-ready
• Oversee studio scheduling and preparation
• Oversee our photography staff
• Film and capture high-quality video content when required, including promotional material
• Edit professional video content for marketing and promotional campaigns
• Manage the full video production workflow from footage organisation to final delivery
• Troubleshoot technical issues relating to filming equipment, lighting, audio or editing systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality content and productions
• Ensure the studio environment remains professional, safe and efficient for all users

Requirements

• Proven experience in photography, video editing and content production
• Knowledge of camera equipment, lighting setups and audio recording
• Highly organised with the ability to manage studio schedules and multiple projects
• Comfortable working in a hands-on studio environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high production standards
• Creative mindset with an interest in media, entertainment or digital content production
