Job Summary
Drive local outreach to care homes, promoting staffing and recruitment solutions, and converting interest into onboarded clients.
- Visit nursing and care homes to introduce Caring Hands Services to managers and decision-makers, building initial relationships.
- Promote staffing and recruitment offerings and support onboarding of new clients to establish ongoing partnerships.
- Develop a local network of care providers to sustain pipeline and referrals.
