Own on-camera interview and short-form video creation for a literary street-interview format, shaping formats, interviewing strangers, and delivering quick clips for book-loving audiences.

  • Interview content: approach strangers, ask natural questions, bring energy
  • Format and editing: shape ideas, edit clips for TikTok/IG Reels/YouTube Shorts
  • Collaboration and audience: work with HANABI CLUB to develop recurring formats for book lovers

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Approaching people in public and making them feel comfortable on camera
  • Asking engaging, natural questions
  • Bringing good energy and personality to the interviews
  • Helping shape interview ideas and formats
  • Editing short-form clips for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
  • Working with the HANABI CLUB team to develop recurring content formats
