Job Summary

Own scalable branded experiences by coordinating design-system adoption, cross-functional alignment with Brand Marketers, and compliant delivery across therapeutic areas.

  • Center branded feature work with a single standard and reuse across sites.
  • Lead the Design System transition and scale modules across the portfolio.
  • Bridge branded and unbranded experiences with compliant, patient-focused delivery.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Centralize and own feature development for branded experiences within DPX, partnering with Brand Marketers who lead publishing and content updates across their therapeutic areas, so features are built once, to standard, rather than rebuilt site by site.
  • Lead the Design System transition for branded experiences, driving adoption of shared components and standards across the portfolio.
  • Help prioritize the feature needs for branded experiences, in partnership with Brand Marketers and the broader DPX product community.
  • Own key tactics across the branded lifecycle: requirements, roadmap execution, content and experience production, and launch.
  • Translate direction into detailed requirements for design and development teams, with the supporting documentation that moves work into delivery.
  • Partner with Pfizer’s unbranded product leads (VaxAssist, PfizerForAll) to connect branded and unbranded experiences, removing friction for the patient in a compliant way.
  • Explore new and better ways to bring branded content to life, testing formats, tools, and approaches that raise quality and impact.
  • Collaborate across Digital, Legal, Compliance, Regulatory, Medical, and Marketing through QA, MLR, and release, so branded experiences ship compliantly and on schedule.
  • Develop plans to scale proven experiences and components across additional brands, therapeutic areas, and markets.
  • Apply AI-enabled content and design tools (e.g. Claude Design, Figma Make, Adobe GenStudio) to produce branded content and experiences at scale, while maintaining quality and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 6+ years in digital product, content, or experience roles, executing across the lifecycle from requirements through launch.
  • Hands-on experience delivering digital experiences, ideally including design systems and content management systems.
  • A human-centered mindset, obsessed with the end customer and able to bring their voice into decisions through an understanding of their journeys.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, identifying risks and removing roadblocks.
  • Knowledge of Agile values, principles, and practices.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled content and design tools and an appetite to fold them into production workflows.
  • Courage to provide objective opinions, especially on go/no-go decisions.
  • Strong writing, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Discretion and trustworthiness in dealing with confidential information.
  • Role model for the PFE Values (Courage, Excellence, Equity, Joy).

Preferred

  • Experience with Pfizer systems, stakeholders, and digital platforms.
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare and biopharmaceutical ecosystem, with familiarity with MLR review of branded content.
  • Experience delivering branded content or experiences across multiple brands, therapeutic areas, or geographies.
  • Experience driving design-system adoption or a similar standards transition across a large set of digital properties.
  • Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.

Benefits

  • Benefits offered include a 401(k) plan with Pfizer Matching Contributions and an additional Pfizer Retirement Savings Contribution, paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage.
