Job Summary

Own the social engine across paid and organic channels, shaping creative briefs, content planning, and data-driven storytelling while coordinating cross-functional teams and influencer activity.

  • Paid and Organic Social Execution: strategy, content briefs, creative collaboration, analytics, and optimisation.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: line management, budget/channel alignment, and storytelling with Brand, Commercial, and Tech partners.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Paid Social: Creative campaign strategy; Content Planning; Content creation & briefing our inhouse creative team; Writing data-informed briefs; Analysis, Reporting and Optimisation; Creative compliance.
  • Organic Social: Organic social platform ownership; Content creation & management; Community engagement; Trend spotting; Analytics & reporting; Influencer content management as needed.
  • Work with Paid Strategy Manager to align budgets and channel plans; line manage Content & Social Media Executive; collaborate with Brand & Experience, Commercial, and Technology teams; provide clear, data-informed storytelling and campaign ideas.
  • Collaborate with Copy Lead and copywriters for ad copy, headlines and descriptions; ensure content aligns with brand strategy; maintain cohesive brand voice across channels.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in social media and influencer management
  • Experience working with retail or lifestyle brands/clients
  • An understanding of Gen-Z, Millennial, Gen-X audiences
  • Deep, hands-on knowledge of the algorithms, best practices and content formats for Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn
  • Exceptional content creation and editing skills; a keen eye for visual design, content quality and brand style
  • Proficiency with social media management/listening tools
  • Extensive experience managing social media for business purposes and driving engagement
  • An excellent communicator with collaboration and organisational skills
  • A keen eye for detail, upholding high standards of creative and content production and quality
  • A test and learn mindset; balance creative with strategic/analytical thinking
  • An empathetic and dynamic people manager; experience in line managing individuals/small teams
  • A keen learner with a passion for staying current with social media trends and tools
