Job Summary

Build the social presence for a multi-site care-provider by creating on-brand templates, coordinating weekly posts, and aligning agency campaigns with CRM insights to protect reputation and drive interest.

  • Content creation and scheduling for care home admins across social channels, including community and brand-focused templates.
  • Coordinate with an external social agency to plan and deliver advertising campaigns that spark interest.
  • Leverage CRM data to target audiences and inform social campaigns, plus track performance in weekly/monthly reports.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Write social media templates for care home admins to use on their pages, including community engagement templates and brand-led templates that showcase USPs
  • Writing and scheduling weekly posts through social media management tools
  • Producing weekly social media round-ups and monthly social media reports
  • Working in conjunction with our social media agency to plan, execute and deliver a wide range of advertising campaigns to drive interest
  • Utilise data from our CRM to better target potential customers through social advertising
  • Liaising with the Customer Service Manager and PR team to support on social or PR issues to protect our reputation
  • Assisting with ad-hoc digital projects, campaigns, initiatives, or events

Requirements

  • Proven marketing experience and management of brand profiles within social media including social advertising
  • Excellent written communications skills
  • Experience using Brandwatch (or similar) and social media monitoring tools
  • Experience utilizing data from CRM platforms to improve the targeting of social media campaigns
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational/prioritising skills; ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Initiative and interpersonal skills; able to work well as part of a team
  • A degree would be advantageous but isn’t essential
