Job Summary

Own hands-on content creation and event presence for a hardware startup, combining camera-first videos, website collateral and live stand work to drive demand and sales.

  • Content & Video Production: Script, shoot and edit EGC videos for social and digital touchpoints.
  • Exhibition & Community Engagement: Run exhibition presence and direct audience conversations to showcase Tewke features and lifestyle.
  • Measurement & Collaboration: Build template reports from multiple channels and align with marketing partners to steer activities toward sales impact.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Writing, filming and editing EGC (Employee Generated Content) videos to go onto Tewke social media.
  • Supporting our Customer Experience lead in developing the Tewke website and creating engaging marketing collateral across digital and printed communications.
  • Helping to operate exhibition stands, alongside colleagues, engaging directly with the public.
  • Creating regular template-based reporting with data sourced from multiple marketing techniques to help optimise activity and influence direction to maximise sales.
  • Working with our marketing lead, other marketing colleagues and our marketing agency partners to develop activities to communicate the Tewke lifestyle, features and capabilities to potential customers.

Requirements

  • Energetic and confident talking to camera.
  • Video script writing and directing ability (self-directing and script writing) plus strong video editing ability.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and to ā€˜get stuck in’ alongside colleagues when the need arises as a strong team player.
  • Possess a fast-paced work ethic, energetic and proactive, able to work under pressure on several projects at the same time.
  • Be creative, able to generate new ideas, but also organised and structured to deliver them.
  • Possess highly effective communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Be customer centric and empathetic, with the ability to understand customer needs.
  • Be results focused, not just delivery focused. Someone enthusiastic about evidencing the commercial success that’s come directly from their work, not just the quality of the work itself.

Preferred

  • Design ability and artwork production skills across print, digital and web. Familiarity with industry standard software, such as the Adobe Suite and Figma.
  • Experience building your own social media following on Youtube or Instagram.
  • Copywriting skills (to assist with website copy and other marketing materials).
  • Experience of having previously worked in a similar role.
  • Marketing qualifications.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of smart home technology products.
