Job Summary

Own and drive the end-to-end social media program across multiple platforms by delivering engaging content, nurturing community interactions, and protecting the brand reputation, while collaborating with marketing, PR, and creative teams to keep messaging fresh and measurable.

Social Execution: Plan and run multi-channel campaigns on TikTok, Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
Content & Storytelling: Create posts, visuals, and videos aligned to brand voice and marketing goals.
Performance & Optimization: Track metrics, run experiments, and adjust tactics to improve reach and engagement.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage social media campaigns across multiple platforms including TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
Create compelling content tailored to target audiences, including posts, images, videos, and stories that align with brand voice and marketing objectives.
Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities and respond promptly to comments, messages, and reviews to foster community interaction.
Analyse performance metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly to optimise reach and engagement.
Collaborate with marketing, PR, and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Stay informed about the latest trends in social media management and digital communication to keep our strategies innovative and effective.
Manage online reputation by proactively engaging with followers and addressing any public relations issues swiftly.

Requirements

Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
Strong understanding of social media platforms’ algorithms, tools, and analytics.
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging content suitable for diverse audiences.
Experience in public relations or managing organisational reputation online.
Organisational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Creative mindset with an eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
A recognised qualification in marketing, communications or related fields is desirable but not essential. This position is ideal for a motivated individual eager to make a significant impact through innovative social media strategies while developing their professional expertise in digital communications.
