Clinical collaboration: align content with clinicians to ensure medical accuracy
Analytics driven: interpret metrics to improve reach, engagement, and brand awareness

Job Description

Responsibilities

Take ownership of our Instagram and TikTok accounts
Develop and implement a strategic content calendar
Create engaging short-form video content and educational posts
Produce high-quality reels and social media campaigns
Repurpose clinical content into accessible patient education
Monitor analytics and recommend improvements based on performance
Keep up to date with platform trends whilst maintaining professional standards
Work closely with our clinical team to ensure all content is evidence-based and medically accurate
Help grow our online community and increase brand awareness
Maintain a consistent, premium brand identity across all platforms

Requirements

A proven record of successfully managing Instagram and TikTok accounts for an established healthcare organisation
Experience working within fertility, reproductive medicine, women's health, men's health or another regulated medical speciality
Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
Experience creating high-performing reels and short-form video content
Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms
Ability to interpret analytics and adapt strategy accordingly
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently

Preferred

Previous experience working with a recognised fertility clinic, IVF clinic, medical society or healthcare organisation
Knowledge of male fertility, reproductive medicine or IVF
Experience working alongside clinicians and consultants
Photography and video editing skills
Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar creative software
