Job Summary

Own social storytelling across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok with a hands-on content engine that blends product, lifestyle and promotional content to engage a pet-loving audience.

Plan, publish and manage content calendars across platforms to support campaigns and launches.
Produce photo, video and short-form content and write captions in a consistent brand voice to drive engagement.
Track reach and engagement, apply insights, and iterate to improve performance.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Plan, create and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
Produce a mix of photo, video and short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Stories)
Write captions that reflect the brand tone and encourage engagement
Create product-focused, lifestyle and promotional content
Plan and schedule content in line with wider marketing activity, such as product launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns
Contribute ideas to support campaigns and keep content fresh and relevant
Manage content calendars across platforms
Monitor comments, messages and engagement, responding where appropriate
Stay up to date with trends and identify opportunities
Ensure consistency in branding, tone and messaging

Requirements

Experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or TikTok Shop) or a strong personal portfolio
Confident creating short-form video content (Reels/TikTok)
Photo and video editing skills
Good understanding of social media trends
Strong organisational skills
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Interest in the pet food or pet care sector
Positive, proactive attitude and comfortable working in a small team
Hybrid working of two days per week is available upon successful completion of the probation period.
Hours of work - Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm
