Job Summary

Own the clinic’s social media engine across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, delivering content that drives engagement and inquiries while coordinating campaigns and promotions.

  • Content and channel ownership: build posts, reels, stories, and short-form video across the three platforms.
  • Campaign planning and optimization: create Meta ads, monitor results, and implement improvements.
  • Performance reporting: produce monthly insights and actionable recommendations to grow enquiries and brand awareness.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Managing and growing our Instagram, Facebook and TikTok accounts
  • Creating engaging content including posts, reels, stories and short-form video
  • Planning and scheduling social media content
  • Creating and managing Meta advertising campaigns
  • Monitoring campaign performance and making improvements based on results
  • Producing email marketing campaigns through Mailchimp
  • Designing printed marketing materials, promotional literature and in-clinic displays
  • Supporting the promotion of events, campaigns and new initiatives
  • Identifying opportunities to increase engagement, enquiries and brand awareness
  • Producing monthly performance reports and recommendations

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for a business
  • Demonstrable experience creating and managing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook and TikTok growth strategies
  • Experience using Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills
  • Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A creative mindset combined with commercial awareness

Preferred

  • Experience within aesthetics, beauty, healthcare, wellness or luxury brands
  • Photography and video editing skills
  • Experience working with content creators and external suppliers
