Job Summary

Own the day-to-day creation and coordination of premium personal-brand content across TikTok and Instagram, balancing on-camera shoots, editing, and diary management to keep filming schedules smooth and on-brand.

Content Creation & Editing: Produce elevated lifestyle, beauty, and fashion content that resonates with a luxury audience and supports growth of the personal brand.
On-Set & Schedule Management: Coordinate filming days, wardrobe/glam needs, appointments, and calendar logistics to ensure timely content production.
Social & Administrative Support: Manage posting cadence, account growth activities, and administrative tasks to sustain brand momentum.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Creating engaging personal and brand content for TikTok and Instagram
Filming and photographing Amanda’s day-to-day lifestyle, outfits, beauty routines, and business-related content
Supporting the management and growth of Amanda’s personal and brand social media accounts
Assisting with scheduling and diary coordination, particularly during filming periods
Booking hair, beauty, and glam appointments
Assisting with brand events, filming days, and occasional external meetings
Supporting day-to-day administrative and organisational tasks as required

Requirements

Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends, content, and editing
Confident using a camera and editing videos, tiktoks, reels etc.
Experience creating luxury lifestyle, beauty, fashion, or personal brand content preferred
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Discreet, professional, and adaptable
Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and around filming schedules
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Based in London and happy to travel around London for filming/content purposes

Creative, social-media savvy, highly efficient; understands premium personal branding and has a natural eye for capturing engaging, elevated content.
