Job Summary

Own content creation and delivery across four Lloyds brands, balancing creative production with data-driven optimization and cross agency collaboration to drive engagement and brand affinity.

  • Content & Delivery: Own ideation through production of static, video, and short-form social content aligned to brand strategies.
  • Agency & Stakeholder Management: Align internal teams and external agencies, manage briefs and timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Performance & Brand Ops: Monitor content performance, derive insights, and optimize campaigns to grow channel engagement and consistency across brands.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Delivery: Own end-to-end social content from ideation through production and delivery, delivering high quality on-brand outputs optimized for platform performance and feature in the content.
  • Agency & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with creative, influencer, and media agencies to deliver campaigns and build strong internal cross-functional relationships; manage timelines and briefs for efficient delivery.
  • Brand Alignment: Support execution across four brands, adapting approach to each brand’s identity and ensuring consistency across social and influencer activity.
  • Performance & Optimisation: Monitor, analyse and report content performance; use insights to optimise campaigns and drive channel growth and engagement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience across multiple high-profile brands (agency, freelance or in-house).
  • Strong content creation skills, including static design, video creation and editing (short-form preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices; experience working with and managing external agencies.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on performance.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills; proactive, collaborative approach with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to spot, ideate and react to trends across social platforms.
  • Desirable: Familiarity with social listening tools and analytics platforms.
