Job Summary

Own social content creation and planning for three channels, coordinating content ideas, event coverage, and quick production support to feed pitches and client reporting.

  • Content & Creative: Generate ideas and plan social content for campaigns across Escapes, MASSIVE, and the elevenfiftyfive brand channel.
  • Content Production & Events: Attend screenings/events, capture vox pops and on-site footage, and edit for social use.
  • Operations & Partnerships: Support executives with asset creation, social outreach, meeting minutes, and admin tasks while keeping channels updated.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Working with eff’s executives to support the day-to-day management of elevenfiftyfive’s three social media channels (Escapes, MASSIVE, and the elevenfiftyfive brand channel).
  • Attending MASSIVE, Escapes and elevenfiftyfive screenings/events and capturing content for socials, including vox-pops with attendees.
  • Generating new content ideas for socials, and putting together social media content plans for our varied campaigns.
  • Assisting eff’s executives with social asset creation and small design tasks.
  • Supporting on outreach for Escapes (i.e: charities and non-for-profit organisations).
  • Updating eff agency channels including eff website, LinkedIn, The Dots.
  • Watch out for relevant creative updates to share with the team.
  • Contribute to client pitches and reporting docs with guidance from eff’s executives.
  • Taking minutes during meetings.
  • Adhoc company admin.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience in a social media or content creation role.
  • Must be based in London and willing to travel to our Hackney office at least once a week.
  • Passionate about film and entertainment, with their finger on the pulse of pop culture and Gen Z trends.
  • Good knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Instagram & TikTok.
  • Strong content creation experience, including experience in video content creation and video editing for socials (including proficient use of Premiere Pro and/or Capcut).
  • Proficient use of Adobe Photoshop and Canva.
  • Experience in using Google Suite and Gmail.
  • Strong attention to detail and an ability to set deadlines for yourself and to meet them.
  • Strong copywriting skills.
  • Highly organised, detail oriented, and an ability to work to tight deadlines.

Preferred

  • Experience working with agencies, clients, brands, film or cinemas
  • Experience in event cinema
  • Knowledge of Squarespace or any similar CMS
  • Experience in SEO and/or writing for the web
