Responsibilities

  • The key responsibilities of this role include analyzing social media performance across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, and translating this data into clear, actionable commercial insights. The manager will evaluate creator, influencer, and affiliate partnerships across the UK, Europe, and North America to assess their effectiveness and ROI. Monitoring competitor activity and identifying emerging trends will be crucial in maintaining the company's competitive edge. Supporting product launches with social insights and comprehensive reporting will be part of the role, ensuring that marketing strategies are data-driven and impactful. Additionally, the role involves building dashboards and performance reports using leading analytics tools, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to develop and refine social media strategies that align with overall business objectives.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will have a background in FMCG, consumer brands, social or digital marketing agencies, social analytics, or consumer research. Experience with social media analytics platforms such as Sprout Social, Rival IQ, TikTok Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Looker Studio, Power BI, or Google Analytics is highly advantageous. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, a passion for interpreting data, and the ability to spot trends that influence business decisions. Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams are essential. A proactive approach to monitoring competitor activity and identifying new opportunities will be highly valued.
