Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and emerging platforms.
• Create compelling photography and video content from classes, instructors, events and member stories.
• Plan and manage content calendars across all digital channels.
• Manage and continually improve the 3Tribes website.
• Optimise landing pages and member journeys to improve conversion rates.
• Manage CRM communications, including email campaigns, newsletters and member engagement.
• Monitor analytics and produce regular performance reports.
• Plan, create and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
• Manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search and Display.
• Track campaign performance, return on investment and customer acquisition costs.

Requirements

• Experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Experience managing websites (WordPress or similar CMS).
• Experience using CRM or booking platforms such as Mindbody, Mariana Tek or similar.
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition and digital conversion funnels.
• Experience analysing marketing performance and using data to improve results.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Confidence creating engaging photography and video content.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
