Job Summary

Own the end-to-end social-content engine, coordinating multi-stream production—from ideation and on-camera editing to asset reuse and shoot pre-prod—across a mix of reels, carousels, and longer-form formats for diverse clients.

Content Production: Lead ideation-to-delivery of social-first content across multiple formats and brands.
Production Management: Drive pre-prod, asset creation, and timeline coordination with cross-functional teammates.
Cross-Client Delivery: Manage multiple workstreams to consistently deliver high-quality social creative."

Responsibilities

bringing creative ideas to life, from filming and editing engaging Reels or longer-form Youtube content
to designing eye-catching carousels
to managing the practical aspects of bigger scale content production
comfortable managing multiple workstreams & clients, working across a variety of tasks in order to produce great social-first creative
leading pre-prod for shoots, creating content from existing assets, and managing timelines alongside colleagues

Preferred

An understanding of AI tools and a curiosity to experiment with them
Experience scriptwriting social-first content
