  • Creative Concepting
  • Develop original and engaging social content ideas that align with client objectives, brand guidelines and platform behaviours.
  • Work with the wider creative and social teams to turn strategic thinking into clear content ideas and formats.

  • Work with editors, designers, creators and videographers to make sure content is delivered to a high standard.
  • Social Media Strategy
  • Understand the role of a social media specialist and how content supports wider social strategy, community growth and campaign performance.
  • Stay close to trends, platform updates, creator behaviours and emerging formats across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and wider social platforms.
  • Use your understanding of social performance to shape stronger content ideas and improve creative output. Be able to look at a brand’s social channels and identify what is working, what could improve and where the content opportunities are.
  • Client and Internal Collaboration
  • Work closely with account leads, social managers, strategists, creatives, designers, videographers and influencer teams. Confidently present ideas internally and externally, leading client-facing presentations where needed.
  • Communicate clearly and proactively across projects, making sure timelines, deliverables and feedback are managed smoothly.

Requirements

  • 4+ years’ experience in a social content, creative production, content creator or social media role.
