Job Summary

Own the social content engine and keep it fresh across channels by producing multimedia posts, managing daily social activities, and collaborating on cohesive campaigns with the marketing/PR teams, while watching analytics to steer future content choices.

  • Content & Community: Build multimedia content and manage posting, comments, and follower engagement to grow the community.
  • Campaign Collaboration & Analytics: Partner on cross‑team campaigns and use analytics to refine strategy and surface timely trend-driven ideas.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and produce engaging multimedia content including images, videos, and written posts tailored for different social media channels.
  • Manage daily social media activities, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and engaging with followers to foster community growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to create cohesive campaigns that promote brand awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor social media analytics to assess content performance and optimise future content strategies accordingly.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends, platform updates, and best practices within social media management to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.
  • Assist in organising online events or campaigns that enhance brand presence across digital platforms.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management or content creation, with a strong portfolio demonstrating previous work.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives suited for various audiences.
  • Knowledge of public relations principles and how they integrate with digital content strategies.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.
  • Creative flair with an eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling through multimedia formats.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • A proactive attitude with a passion for digital trends and innovative content ideas.
