Job Summary

Own hands-on content production and client-facing coordination for small-to-mid sized B2B marketing accounts, balancing social content, long-form pieces, and video while pairing with freelancers and internal teams to meet deadlines and show impact.

  • Content and channel ownership: social posts, blogs, emails, and short-form video across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Client and stakeholder orchestration: regular calls, rapid replies, asset management, and performance reporting
  • Tools and operations: Canva/Adobe Express, Metricool scheduling, Monday.com boards, and shared file systems

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Content creation and delivery: Writing and scheduling content across social media platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, & TikTok, for a range of clients and for our own brand
  • Creating on-brand graphics and visual content in Canva or Adobe Express
  • Writing longer-form content pieces such as blog posts and email newsletters, to brief and to deadline
  • Producing and editing short-form video using CapCut or similar
  • Supporting with UGC creator outreach and coordination where relevant to the account
  • Attending and contributing to regular client calls, weekly or fortnightly depending on the account
  • Building strong working relationships with your client contacts via email & sometimes phone calls (when support is necessary)
  • Supporting with end-of-month performance reports that clearly show results and next steps
  • Responding to any client requests promptly
  • Coordinating with external stakeholders such as freelancers, influencers / UGC creators etc. where relevant

Requirements

  • Are a confident, clear communicator in writing and on calls, so clients feel they are in good hands
  • Take initiative and do not wait to be told what to do next
  • Stay organised and calm while juggling deadlines across different clients
  • Write quickly and well across social, editorial, press and email, with a good instinct for what strong content looks like
  • Are confident in Canva / Adobe Express and can create professional visuals without a specialist graphic designer for day-to-day work
  • Can edit short-form video in CapCut or something similar
  • Are comfortable using AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT as part of how you work
  • Are happy writing and creating for B2B brands
  • Experience with marketing and project management tools
  • Experience writing or creating for B2B audiences
  • Based in or around Manchester and able to be in the office at least 3 days a week

Preferred

  • Some agency or fast-paced marketing experience
  • A degree or qualification in marketing or a related field is welcome
