Own social content and channel strategy for a professional services brand, driving adoption and ROI across LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok while coordinating with brand, content, and regional teams.

  • Channel Management & Optimisation: Govern platforms and paid social, track performance, and steer crisis and reputation responses.

Job Description

Responsibilities - Social Strategy & Planning: Support the full Brand and Communications function in planning and delivering social content aligned to firm-wide priorities. - Content Creation & Campaign Delivery: Produce high-quality social content for campaigns, brand activity, employer branding and wider firm initiatives. - Channel Management & Optimisation: Manage social media platforms and tools such as Sprout Social, LinkedIn Business Manager and employee advocacy platforms, ensuring the team maximises their features and capabilities. - Stakeholder Engagement & Governance: Build strong relationships with partners, lawyers, PAs and marketing and business development colleagues, providing proactive, practical social media support. - Measurement, Insight & Continuous Improvement: Drive measurable growth in social engagement, audience size and ROI; interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations to improve content and campaigns. Requirements - Proven experience delivering a range of social media and content projects in a complex, professional environment, with the confidence to work independently with senior stakeholders. - A collaborative, creative mindset that drives innovation while maintaining strong adherence to brand guidelines. - Professional, proactive and self-motivated, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively. - Confident and personable, with the ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation. - Calm and resilient under pressure, with a solutions-focused approach to challenges. - Strong understanding of content performance, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable improvements. - Innovative and forward-thinking, with a keen eye for emerging trends and opportunities in social and digital content. - Excellent project management, time management and organisation skills, with precise attention to detail including spelling, grammar and proofreading. - Demonstrated experience in collaborating with stakeholders at all levels to drive successful outcomes and ROI. - Strong experience creating organic content across LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok, plus expertise in LinkedIn Business Manager for managing paid social campaigns. - Ability to create and refine efficient processes that enhance productivity. - Strong agency and stakeholder management skills, including developing clear briefs to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. - Approachable and effective communicator, skilled at translating technical concepts into practical terms and supporting colleagues across the business. - Strong social listening, reputation monitoring and governance experience, with the ability to identify risks early and escalate issues appropriately. - Strong process and workflow management skills (e.g. monday.com). - Experience of using social media management tools, ideally including Sprout Social. - Experience of using Adobe Creative Cloud suite, including Premiere Pro and Adobe Express. - Strong experience with Microsoft Office products, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
