Job Description

Responsibilities

Create static and video ads for Meta and TikTok
Write hooks, scripts, and direct-response copy
Analyze performance and iterate quickly
Build a consistent creative-testing pipeline

Requirements

Proven experience personally creating high-performing paid-social ads
Exceptional English copywriting and creative judgment
Strong video-editing and design skills
Understanding of CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates

Preferred

Consumer app, subscription, or DTC experience is a plus
