  • Own and optimise our direct-to-consumer channels — website, PR and comms, partnerships, social, events, and brand and out-of-home, across six markets through and beyond the brand campaign window
  • Build the website into a high-converting acquisition surface, owning messaging, offers, content, localisation, and advertising across all markets
  • Lead PR, comms, and partnerships that build the consumer brand
  • Stand up the retail and merchant-sales-channel motion for the consumer product
  • Hold and improve the direct cost-per-customer target, and report on direct-acquisition performance to feed channel-mix decisions
  • Work closely with the central brand team, external creative and PR agencies, and peer marketing managers to keep channel boundaries clean and handoffs tight

Requirements

  • Strong B2C consumer-acquisition or brand-marketing experience, ideally in fintech, a neobank, retail, or a direct-to-consumer business
  • Hands-on across owned and earned channels: website and conversion, PR and comms, partnerships, social, and events
  • Comfortable owning acquisition metrics, attribution, and cost-per-customer across a channel set
  • Experience planning and executing multi-market campaigns with localisation across multiple languages
  • Ability to operate independently, influence across matrixed teams and agencies, and build from scratch in an early-stage environment

Benefits

  • Opportunity to work with a truly global, multicultural team from our central London Bridge location, wrapped in historic charm and modern flair. This involves an office-first setup
