Job Summary

Own offline and broadcast reach for local markets, aligning campaigns to inquiries and ROI while ensuring a seamless enquiry journey.

  • Local offline ownership: Plan and run local offline and broadcast campaigns across channels to drive enquiries and reduce CPL.
  • Journey and data: Ensure smooth enquiry journey; maintain up-to-date campaign and home-level reporting and monthly performance reviews.
  • Ops and governance: Manage agencies, briefs, budgets, invoices, risks; track media numbers/URLs and flag underspend.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement localised offline marketing and broadcast campaigns
  • Run multi-channel offline campaigns to boost enquiries and reduce cost per enquiry/conversion
  • Ensure a great customer journey across all stages of the enquiry
  • Manage campaign inboxes and provide responsive support to homes on targeting and local activity
  • Maintain reporting tools with up-to-date campaign and home-level data
  • Oversee media tracking (numbers, URLs) and report monthly performance
  • Manage budgets, process invoices promptly, and flag risks or underspend

Requirements

  • Demonstrate success in driving revenue growth through offline and broadcast media channels
  • Experience planning and implementing campaigns to reach target demographic in localised areas
  • Commercial thinker with ability to analyse data to drive decision making
  • Experience managing and briefing agencies, along with budget management
  • Adapt at managing multiple projects and priorities efficiently in a dynamic environment with high demands
  • Flexible to travel across the UK, but predominantly in the south of England
