Job Summary

Own the ecommerce stack for Birdie Fortescue, from Shopify Plus ops and international markets to landing pages, product launches, and email marketing, with a focus on conversion, UX, and lifecycle customer journeys.

  • Shopify & website operations: manage Shopify Plus, Markets, integrations, QA
  • Conversion & customer journey: optimize UX, merchandising, testing, landing pages
  • CRM & email: plan and deploy campaigns in Klaviyo, audience segmentation

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Ecommerce & Website Management
  • Support the day-to-day management of the Birdie Fortescue Shopify Plus website
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve website performance, customer experience, customer retention and digital growth
  • Manage product launches, collection merchandising, content updates, pricing changes and promotional activity
  • Build and maintain landing pages, collection pages and campaign content
  • Ensure the website is visually engaging, commercially effective and aligned with brand standards
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy across product information, content and customer-facing messaging
  • Conduct regular testing and quality assurance across desktop and mobile devices
  • Support the continuous optimisation of the customer journey and shopping experience
  • Shopify Plus & Digital Operations

Requirements

  • 3-5 years' experience within ecommerce, CRM or digital marketing
  • Strong hands-on experience with Shopify Plus
  • Proven experience working with Shopify Markets
  • Experience using Klaviyo or a similar email marketing platform
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce operations, merchandising and customer journeys
  • Commercially aware with a good understanding of ecommerce performance metrics
  • Experience using Shopify Analytics and GA4
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Experience within interiors, lifestyle, fashion or premium consumer brands is desirable
