You will own and optimise paid media campaigns, coordinate cross-channel activation, and drive data driven performance improvements across digital marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Activation: Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms & markets.
  • Assisting in ownership of all Paid Media channels including but not limited to Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat, Pinterest, Display & YouTube.
  • Support the roll-out of promotional activity, including product launches, seasonal campaigns, and sales activations.
  • Coordinate with the Trade, CRM and Content teams to align email, paid media, and organic content strategies.
  • Data, Reporting and Analysis
  • Monitor, track, and analyse site performance metrics, campaign KPIs, and customer engagement data.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations to enhance digital performance.
  • Use Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other analytical tools to assess marketing effectiveness.
  • Support A/B testing initiatives and provide data-driven insights for continuous optimisation.
  • Future planning, research & report findings to management and leadership.
