Own cross-channel measurement storytelling by turning data into actionable campaign insights and optimisation recommendations, while partnering on dashboards and client briefs to shape targeting and flighting.

  • Partner with data science and BI to deliver holistic dashboards and clear client storytelling.
  • Influence client briefs and media flighting through data signals across the customer journey.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support data planning manager using measurement tools, attribution models, and MMM to produce actionable campaign reports with media strategists and analytics teams.
  • Collaborate with Data Scientists, Analysts, and BI specialists to optimise dashboards and integrate data sources for holistic measurement.
  • Assist developing client briefs into cross-channel digital media plans by identifying data signals across the customer journey for targeting and flighting.
  • Use data to add context to reporting and connect analysis to the measurement framework, targets, and benchmarks and emphasise the "so what?".
  • Build relationships with client stakeholders and internal VML & WPP teams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on data matters enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Present to clients and attend client meetings.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a data function, preferably within an agency environment or a similar role with transferable skills.
  • Understanding of media measurement, data principles and the digital marketing landscape.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and work effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, proposal writing, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain technical data concepts in a clear and concise manner to non-technical audiences.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a high level of numeracy.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with Ad tech (DSP/ DMP), Data clean rooms and privacy safe solutions.
  • Knowledge of attribution, experimentation and MMM measurement techniques.
  • Experience with website analytics and personalisation/testing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude).

Preferred

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is beneficial.
