Job Summary
Own the end to end founder-led video content engine: craft premium video across long and short form, shape storytelling, align with Ascendia’s visual brand, and optimize for watch time on LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok.
- Content Ownership: Edit, color grade, audio, motion graphics, and VFX for premium founder-led short and long form across core platforms.
- Brand & Performance: Develop hooks, storytelling structures, and brand identity with founders, staying ahead of platform best practices.
Job Description
- Edit and produce premium short-form and long-form video content.
- Create engaging content for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Perform advanced color grading and color correction.
- Improve audio quality and sound design.
- Create compelling hooks and storytelling structures that increase watch time.
- Add motion graphics, captions, transitions, and visual effects where appropriate.
- Work directly with the founders to develop and execute content ideas.
- Help establish and maintain Ascendia's visual brand identity.
- Stay ahead of content trends and platform best practices.
