Job Description

Responsibilities\n- Brand heartbeat: bring strategy, tone, and visual identity to life across campaigns, content, and customer touch points.\n- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns that strengthen awareness, affinity, and engagement.\n- Manage our campaign calendar, play a key role in new product launches, partnerships, and PR moments, supported by the Brand Campaigns Manager.\n- This role balances creative direction with commercial outcomes in a fast-moving environment to make a visible impact on growth.\n\nRequirements\n- Own the day-to-day management of the brand marketing calendar — ensuring all campaigns are strategically aligned, timely, and cross-channel.\n- Lead the development of integrated campaigns across email, website, OOH, and direct mail, ensuring brand consistency and measurable results.\n- Deliver demonstrable understanding of customer by synthesising needs states and sector seasonality.\n- Collaborate with Performance, Ecommerce, and Product teams to align brand activity with commercial goals by leveraging insight, value propositions and USPs to strengthen campaign approach.\n- Manage post-campaign reporting, providing actionable insights and optimisations.\n- Partner with Design, and Social teams to produce engaging, on-brand content that educates, inspires, and converts.\n- Support development of hero brand campaigns and seasonal storytelling moments.\n- Work with the Head of Brand Marketing to protect and evolve the Printed.com brand identity, ensuring all materials meet visual and verbal guidelines.\n- Support ongoing brand tracking and insight projects to measure awareness and perception.\n- Partner with Product and Ecommerce teams to deliver go-to-market campaigns for new launches and product refreshes.\n- Develop messaging and positioning frameworks to bring each product story to life.\n- Support launch reporting and analysis to measure both commercial and brand impact.\n- Work with the Head of Brand Marketing to lead the development of strategic brand partnerships that strengthen market presence, accelerate customer growth, and reinforce brand positioning across priority sectors.\n- Develop the end-to-end partnership strategy, identifying, negotiating, and activating collaborations with creators, industry organisations, sponsors, and commercial partners.\n- Integrate partnership activity into the wider brand and marketing strategy, ensuring consistent execution across campaigns, product launches, and customer touchpoints.\n\nNice to have\n- Experience managing agency or influencer relationships a plus\n- Familiarity with print, ecommerce, or creative industries advantageous\n\nBenefits\n- 25 days holiday Plus 8 days bank holidays\n- Staff discounts & Friends and Family discounts\n- Cycle to work scheme and Home & Tech Scheme, EV Scheme\n- Breakfast and drinks provided\n- Charity day per annum supported\n- Summer and Christmas Parties\n- Street food days\n- Access to Perkbox\n- Flexibility to work from home 3 days per week\n- Learning and development budget\n- Quarterly social events\n- Enhanced parental leave\n
