Job Summary

Own the brand strategy, portfolio growth, and cross-functional leadership for specialty brands with a patient-first lens and strong emphasis on data-driven decision making.

  • Brand ownership: lead long-term strategy, annual plans, launches, and NPD/EPD for growth across neurology/nephrology-focused specialty care.
  • Channel & cross-functional leadership: drive omnichannel campaigns with Sales, Medical, Market Access, and Insights while aligning on KPIs and ROI.
  • Analytics & governance: continuously monitor KPIs, adjust based on insights, and maintain high ethical/compliance standards to mitigate risk.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute long-term brand strategies and annual plans aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Deliver sales and profit targets for the brands by growing top-line sales and optimising the bottom line through evidence-based ROI analysis.
  • Manage the portfolio lifecycle to maximise growth opportunities and ensure STADA UK Specialty brands outperform the competition, by ā€œthinking bigā€ and generating innovative ideas for growth, including EPD and NPD initiatives.
  • Lead the Brand Team, ensuring strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Medical, Market Access, Insights, Regulatory, and other functions to drive brand success.
  • Conduct robust market, competitor, and customer analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead omnichannel promotional campaigns tailored to HCPs, payers and all other relevant decision makers.
  • Monitor brand performance using KPIs, making data-driven adjustments and using insights to make fast, evidence-based decisions to optimise opportunities and mitigate risk.
  • Champion the patient at all times, acting as a brand ambassador both internally and externally.
  • Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Operate to the highest ethical and compliance standards at all times.

Requirements

  • Degree in life sciences, business, marketing or related field (MBA, MSc or PharmD is an advantage).
  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical marketing, ideally within specialty care including rare and orphan conditions.
  • Experience in neurology or nephrology is strongly preferred, with specific experience in Parkinson’s disease seen as an advantage.
  • Demonstrated success in leading brand strategy, launches, and growth initiatives in innovative healthcare environments.
  • Strong capability in digital, omnichannel marketing, analytics, and forecasting.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence, energise, and align cross-functional teams.
  • A high-energy, proactive mindset, with urgency, ownership, and a strong drive to succeed.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and purpose-led environment where patients and teamwork come first.
  • Understanding of market access and payer landscapes in specialty care.
  • Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

  • MBA, MSc or PharmD is an advantage.
