Job Description

  • Owning and bringing to life bold, insight-led brand plans that don’t just meet KPIs, they raise the bar for what great looks like.
  • Leading integrated campaigns that connect with consumers wherever they are, from big brand moments to agile, culturally relevant content.
  • Turning data, trends, and consumer behaviour into ideas that unlock growth and keep Cathedral City firmly at the top of the category.
  • Playing a key role in shaping the future of the brand, building innovation pipelines and long-term strategies that drive sustainable success.
  • Building strong partnerships (internally and externally) to make things happen, whether that’s with agencies, customers, or cross-functional teams.
  • Taking initiative to regular optimse the product range, ensuring everything from packaging to pricing works harder for the brand.
  • Bringing others along the journey, influencing senior stakeholders, energising teams, and helping develop future talent.
  • Have already made your mark in FMCG at Brand Manager level (or above)
  • Balance creativity with commercial thinking, you love big ideas, but you know how to make them deliver.
  • Are naturally curious, always asking ā€œwhat’s next?ā€ and spotting opportunities others might miss.
  • Thrive on collaboration and know how to bring different teams together to get the best results.
