Job Summary

Own content creation, brand building and performance optimization across social and video formats, with heavy use of AI to accelerate output.

  • Content and storytelling ownership across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and X.
  • Brand identity and visual consistency across multiple international brands.
  • Performance testing and optimization using AI tools to improve creativity and productivity.

  • Create outstanding content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook and X.
    • \n
  • Plan, film and edit high-quality short-form and long-form video content.
    • \n
  • Write compelling English copy that educates, inspires and converts.
    • \n
  • Build a consistent visual identity and brand voice across multiple international brands.
    • \n
  • Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Runway, Midjourney and other emerging technologies to improve creativity and productivity.
    • \n
  • Analyse performance, test new ideas and continuously improve content.
    • \n
  • Work directly with senior leadership on branding, campaigns and creative strategy.
    • \n
\nRequirements\n
    \n
  • 2–5+ years’ experience in content creation, social media or digital marketing.
    • \n
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
    • \n
  • Outstanding storytelling and communication skills.
    • \n
  • Professional photography, videography and video editing experience.
    • \n
  • Strong skills in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva or similar tools.
    • \n
  • Experience using AI tools to create faster and better content.
    • \n
  • Confident presenting on camera and hosting live sessions.
    • \n
  • Creative, commercially minded, proactive and always willing to learn.
    • \n
  • Able to take ownership and work independently.
