Job Description

Own and drive multi-channel defense sector marketing strategy with end-to-end campaigns, audience-centric measurement, and cross-stakeholder collaboration to lift revenue and engagement.

  • Responsibilities: Develop and execute data-driven marketing plans to contribute to revenue targets.
  • Responsibilities: Own and deliver the overall marketing strategy, planning and execution for Armed Forces sector programmes and other smaller sectors including Student Accommodation and MDU.
  • Responsibilities: Identify and explore new routes to market, partnerships and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end campaign delivery from ideation to message development, through to execution and reporting.
  • Responsibilities: Manage integrated multi-channel campaigns across offline, events and work with the Digital Senior Marketing Manager (B2C) to develop content digitally.
  • Responsibilities: Ensure all campaigns are audience-centric, measurable and performance-driven.
  • Responsibilities: Map and optimise the customer journey to improve conversion, engagement, and retention.
  • Responsibilities: Use data and insight to identify gaps, friction points, and growth opportunities.
  • Responsibilities: Work with the Digital Senior Marketing Manager (B2C) to design, implement and analyse customer surveys at key lifecycle stages to inform improvements.
  • Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and Armed Forces partners.
