Job Summary

Own a Europe wide Data Center segment that shapes market strategy, go to market, and commercial priorities for complex water, cooling, and digital solutions.

  • Market strategy and demand generation: define the plan to grow profitable pipeline and win rates in priority accounts.
  • Messaging and enablement: translate VOC, regulatory trends, and competitive intel into compelling value propositions and sales tools for cross functional teams.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Lead the Data Center segment marketing strategy in Europe to drive profitable growth, retention, pipeline, and better win rates in priority accounts.
  • Own segment positioning, messaging, and value props across water treatment, chemistry, equipment, digital tools, monitoring, service, and cooling solutions.
  • Translate VOC, regulatory trends, sustainability drivers, and competitive intel into actionable segment priorities and commercialization plans.
  • Develop annual and long-range Data Center segment plans covering market development, demand generation, sales activation, and portfolio needs.
  • Partner with Sales, Corporate Accounts, RD&E, Technical, Digital, Supply Chain, Finance, and regional teams to align customer needs with innovation and execution.
  • Equip Sales and account teams with clear messaging, battlecards, customer insights, training, qualification questions, and value-selling tools.
  • Support commercialization of new Data Center offerings with launch readiness, field enablement materials, content, adoption plans, and success metrics.
  • Monitor competitor activity across water treatment, reuse, cooling, equipment, digital, and services, turning insights into sales and portfolio actions.
  • Contribute to pricing, portfolio, bundling, and program decisions using market research, customer insight, competitive analysis, and commercial data.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives across regional and global teams to deliver segment priorities through influence and disciplined project management.
