Responsibilities

• Building, deploying and improving Klaviyo flows
• Constantly improving pop up forms to increase email, SMS and reminder capture
• Creating customer segments based on order history and behaviour
• Setting up splits, suppression logic, trigger timing and clean flow structure
• Running SMS alongside email
• Protecting deliverability
• Making sure Shopify data fires properly into Klaviyo
• Using customer data to make personalisation actually useful
• Building campaigns that earn the open
• Reading the data with us and improving fast

Requirements

• You’ve built real Klaviyo flows and campaigns before
• You understand email and SMS retention
• You know splits, suppression, segmentation and deliverability
• You care about data, not just copy
• You’re fast, hungry and want to grow
• You can handle direct feedback
• You communicate clearly every day

Preferred

• Experience with ecommerce retention
• Experience with AI in marketing
• Knowledge of retention strategies across email and SMS
