Job Summary

Own multi-channel customer communications and brand-aligned asset production for in-store and restaurant environments, coordinating briefs, content, and campaigns with internal teams and external agencies to drive cohesive customer experiences.

  • Collaborate with Studio and agencies to deliver print, digital, email, social, and packaging assets.
  • Plan and brief campaigns, menu launches, and promotions to maintain a unified brand voice across channels.
  • Coordinate content creation, asset delivery, and asset management while upholding brand guidelines and trade communications.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement stand-out customer messaging and communications for our restaurants, coffee shops, soft plays, and foodhalls.
  • Produce clear and concise briefing documents, supplier guidelines and store communication for all marketing campaigns, print point of sale and packaging.
  • Brief and liaise with our in-house Studio and external agencies to produce marketing materials across a range of channels including (but not exclusively) print, point of sale, digital screens, emails, social and packaging.
  • Work with the Head of Campaigns & In-Store Communications to forward plan marketing campaigns and develop the messaging and assets required to deliver these.
  • Support on new menus launches and initiatives alongside the wider restaurant team, both on development and execution, including seasonal menu changes, food shows and trade driving promotions.
  • Develop trade driving opportunitiies with key third parties to reach wider audiences.
  • Understand current customer trends & insights and brief any new insights required to the customer insights & research team.
  • Brief key content creation including lifestyle photography, video content, for use across multiple channels.
  • Plan and maintain the company trade plan in line with key commercial messages and marketing campaigns to ensure fully integrated multi-channel campaigns.
  • Support the PR function with messaging, content and assets as required.

Requirements

  • High level of computer literacy, including word, excel and powerpoint is essential
  • Proactive, driven to get things right, every time
  • Passion for delivering creative and engaging customer communications that align with our brand purpose & beliefs
  • Customer first focus making sure that we get it right first time for our customer
  • Strong planning, prioritisation, information gathering and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks within tight deadlines and to budget
  • Strong interpersonal skills – you will be building relationships throughout the business and with external agencies
  • Exceptional attention to detail across all areas of the role
