Job Description

Own regional marketing and event delivery for Harrods Beauty, shaping store experiences and campaigns that align with the luxury brand, drive measurable outcomes, and inspire customer journeys across locations.

  • Develop and execute bespoke regional marketing plans and event calendars for each H beauty location, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of events and store activations, overseeing logistics, budgets, and on-site execution
  • Collaborate with brands and internal teams to create innovative activations, weekly event programmes, and large-scale campaigns
  • Analyse campaign and event performance, using insights to optimise future activity and drive measurable results
  • Build strong relationships with store leadership, brand partners and cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences
  • Flexible with travel & occasional weekend work – travel to stores and weekend working will be required due to the nature of the role in order to deliver national campaigns (~6 consecutive weekends each half).
  • Strong background in regional marketing, events management or experiential campaigns within retail or beauty
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage complex budgets and timelines
  • Skilled communicator with the ability to build relationships and influence both internal stakeholders and external brand partners
