Job Summary

Own delivery of client work end-to-end, turning plans into action while coordinating campaigns, publications and insight with tight timelines for housing and public services clients.

  • Cross-functional coordination: align internal and freelance teams so projects move without heavy supervision.
  • Client partnership: serve as day-to-day contact, provide clear updates, and ensure accurate reporting and publications.
  • Timeline discipline: plan inputs, keep schedules on track, and maintain professional client communication.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day delivery of client work and help turn plans into action
  • Managing projects across campaigns, publications and insight work
  • Keeping work on track, on time and to a strong standard
  • Coordinating internal colleagues and freelance support
  • Acting as a reliable day-to-day contact for clients
  • Making sure projects move forward without constant supervision
  • Ensuring the work we win is delivered well and that clients feel confident in the support
  • Planning timelines, coordinating input and keeping projects moving
  • Overseeing publications and reporting work
  • Reviewing outputs to ensure they are clear, accurate and aligned with client needs

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal English skills to produce client reports and liaise with stakeholders
  • Organised and reliable, with strong project management skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple pieces of work at once
  • Able to work in a small, supportive team, with enough confidence to keep things moving without heavy supervision
  • Experience in housing or public services is useful but not essential
