Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute and optimise both network-wide and operator-led promotional campaigns to drive player acquisition, retention and engagement.
  • Increase adoption and monetisation of Games Global's growing suite of Player Engagement Tools.
  • Partner directly with operators to understand their commercial objectives and develop promotional strategies that support their success.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing guidance on how to maximise the value and effectiveness of promotional tools and campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with operators, customers, partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics and identify opportunities to improve player engagement, conversion and return on investment.
  • Use customer insights, behavioural data and campaign results to make informed recommendations and optimise future activity.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Partnerships, Studios and Game Strategy teams to ensure successful campaign delivery and execution.
  • Coordinate the delivery of promotional initiatives from concept through to launch and post-campaign review.

Requirements

  • Experience creating, managing and optimising promotional campaigns, customer engagement initiatives or marketing programmes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Commercially minded with a strong understanding of performance metrics, customer value and return on investment.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and customers.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and able to take ownership of initiatives from concept through to completion.
  • A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to delivery and execution.

Preferred

  • Experience within the iGaming industry.
  • Knowledge of gaming products, operators and regulated markets.
  • Experience working with promotional, loyalty or player engagement platforms.
  • Experience managing external customer or partner relationships.
  • Experience measuring campaign performance and demonstrating positive return on investment.
