Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Analysing pricing performance, customer behaviour and competitor positioning to identify opportunities to improve acquisition, yield and lifetime value across our membership products.
  • Building financial models and business cases to support pricing recommendations, and seeing those recommendations through from concept to post-launch evaluation.
  • Planning and optimising promotional activity across the year, evaluating effectiveness through A/B testing and incrementality analysis, and recommending improvements to drive better ROI.
  • Working cross-functionally with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Analytics and Data Science teams to ensure pricing and promotional decisions are evidence-based and well-executed.
  • Supporting the development and rollout of AI-enabled pricing capabilities, including price optimisation models and improved analytical tooling.
  • Producing regular performance reporting that translates complex data into clear commercial insight and actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Modelling pricing and promotional scenarios to support forecasting and commercial planning cycles.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in pricing, revenue management or commercial analytics, with a clear track record of using data to drive commercial decisions.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proven experience building financial models and business cases.
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience evaluating pricing or promotional performance, including designing or interpreting experiments and measuring incrementality.
  • A commercially minded approach, with a solid understanding of how price, demand, revenue and customer lifetime value interact.
