Job Summary

Own the day-to-day digital PR activity with a bias for fast and authentic media coverage, newsroom trend spotting, and influencer alignment that lifts online visibility and search authority.

  • Journalist relationships and outreach: build ongoing media ties, craft releases and reactive commentary to earn coverage.
  • Campaign ideation and execution: shape ideas, develop angles, and execute PR, influencer and social elements to drive engagement.
  • Measurement and optimization: monitor coverage, backlinks and outcomes to prove PR impact on digital performance.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Supporting the day-to-day delivery of digital PR campaigns across a range of exciting client accounts
  • Researching trends, consumer insights and news opportunities to help shape creative campaign ideas designed to earn high-quality online coverage
  • Building relationships with journalists, media contacts, publishers and relevant industry stakeholders
  • Writing press releases, thought leadership articles, media alerts and reactive commentary opportunities that help brands join relevant conversations
  • Supporting outreach activity to secure meaningful coverage across national, regional, consumer, trade and online publications
  • Supporting fast-paced reactive PR activity and newsjacking opportunities, helping turn breaking news and trending moments into timely media opportunities for clients
  • Assisting with creative campaign ideation, helping develop stories and angles that generate media attention and improve brand visibility online
  • Helping execute digital PR activity that supports wider brand growth objectives, including improving online authority and increasing visibility in search and AI/ LLMS
  • Monitoring media coverage, backlink performance and campaign results, helping report on the impact and success of activity delivered
  • Keeping up with the news agenda, cultural moments and emerging trends to identify proactive opportunities for clients

  • - Assisting with influencer communication, relationship management and campaign coordination
  • - Supporting social media content planning and helping spot emerging platform trends and opportunities
  • - Contributing ideas for social-first campaigns that help brands stay culturally relevant and drive engagement
  • - Helping analyse campaign performance across social and influencer activity
  • - Getting involved in campaign brainstorms and helping generate fresh creative ideas for clients
  • - Supporting integrated campaigns that combine PR, influencer and social media activity
  • - Assisting with content creation across campaigns, helping develop engaging written, visual and social-first content for both client activity and outreach
  • - Helping shape creative campaign concepts designed to capture attention and drive online conversation
Preferred
  • Previous internships or relevant experience in PR, communications, marketing or social media is beneficial, but we’re also looking for the right attitude, curiosity and ambition.
