Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Full-Funnel Ad Management: Own the PPC strategy and implementation across Amazon and new platforms, including testing tools like DSP.
  • Trade Experimentation: Create and own our trade experimentation process across all our marketplaces. This includes SEO, pricing, deals and more.
  • End-to-end Execution: Manage our sponsored video generation process and execute high-impact deal events and product launches.
  • Deep-Dive Optimisation: Monitor keyword ranks, data, and SKU performance daily to ensure we are winning on-platform.
  • Research & Test: Research competitors, other best-case practices from other industries to inspire continuous improvement in our on-platform performance.

Requirements

  • Data-Driven: You are driven by data, have tested different PPC tools to find your favourite one, and are excited to dive into SQP and AMC data. You are the first one to deep dive new analytics updates on Amazon.
  • Strong technical Amazon PPC Experience: You have experimented with all the campaigns you possibly can, managed different geographies (including EU) and have a solid performance track record.
  • Seasonal Brand Experience: you have managed a brand with a heavy Q4 seasonality.
  • The "Scientist" Mindset: You are constantly testing new hypothesis, learning and improving 1% every day. You would rather test and see than overanalyse.
  • Strong Communicator: You understand the ā€œwhyā€ behind what you’re doing and can explain it clearly to the rest of the team. Your reporting is clear and transparent.
  • Demonstrable AI skills: Whether it is something you have built, improved or fixed, you have used AI to make an impact.

Preferred

  • Experience managing brands with high levels of branded traffic.
  • Experience with DSP or TikTok Shop.

  • 25 days’ holiday per year, plus bank holidays.

  • Fully stocked kitchens & fridges.
  • Free selection of our games each year.
  • Regular team socials, including our legendary summer sports day.
